Our Story
Prinweb was founded by Silvano Aldà, a seasoned software developer with a passion for innovation and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality web solutions. Silvano began his journey in the world of software development in 2002, co-founding a communication agency in Verona, Italy. As the head of the IT department, he played a crucial role in shaping the company’s technological direction and successfully led numerous projects over the years.
In 2016, Silvano chose to transition from the partnership to pursue an independent path. This move proved to be a turning point, as his clients continued to place their trust in him, allowing him to focus more intently on custom web applications. This shift marked the beginning of what would become a thriving venture in web development.
In 2020, Silvano seized the opportunity to relocate to Lausanne, Switzerland, where he continued to serve his clients with the same dedication and expertise. Alongside his work with Prinweb, Silvano took on the role of Senior Software Developer at the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB), contributing to innovative projects within the IT department.
